• Informational and Supportive Role: Mark Punzal Coaching provides health and wellness coaching, but does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medical or psychological care.

3. Payments, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
 

• Payment Terms: Payments for coaching sessions, programs, and workshops are due in full before the start of the service unless otherwise stated.

• Refund Policy: Due to the nature of coaching services, refunds are not provided once a service has been initiated. However, if you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled session, you may be charged a fee or forfeit that session, depending on the agreement.
